Honoring the jubilarians
In a festive ceremony, the management and the owner family of the NETZSCH Group thanked long-standing employees at the Selb and Tirschenreuth sites for their 25 and 40 years of service. As guest of honor, Uli Pötzsch, Mayor of Selb, emphasized the impressive solidarity of the employees celebrating their anniversaries as the basis of the company's success.
In his speech Paul Netzsch, Member of Executive Board, paid tribute to the extraordinary loyalty of the employees and emphasised that personal and friendly cooperation contributes significantly to the success of the company. As a token of appreciation, Elli NETZSCH and Melanie NETZSCH presented the certificates of honour, anniversary pins and long-lasting bouquets of flowers. Dr. Jürgen Blumm, CEO of the Analyzing & Testing Business Unit, and Ingo Rädisch, CEO of the Grinding & Dispersing Business Unit, also offered their warm congratulations.

A special highlight is coming up in December: the presentation of the Proven Excellence Awards at the Waldkraiburg site. With this internal award, the company honours outstanding achievements in the categories of innovation, operations and people, putting the spotlight on the people behind the success.
The fiscal year of the NETZSCH Group was a great success: a new sales record, increasing order intake and growing employee numbers secure the company's position in a dynamic market environment.
