#NETZSCHpeople: The corporate influencers of the NETZSCH Group
The NETZSCH Group launched the corporate influencer program #NETZSCHpeople in 2024. Over 40 employees from the German locations share their enthusiasm and curiosity for the international family business from Selb (Upper Franconia/Bavaria) - whether online under #NETZSCHpeople, at trade fairs or in a personal setting.
The six global employee events to mark the NETZSCH Group's 150th anniversary in 2023 generated a wave of enthusiasm. Hundreds of employees shared their impressions on social media and in personal discussions. More than 70 employees also volunteered to model for NETZSCH in the employer brand campaign "YOU & NETZSCH: PERFECT MATCH" - for social media, billboards and video spots. This demonstrated the enormous potential of the internal network. "It was only logical to bundle this enthusiasm into a corporate influencer program," says Anna Pauker, responsible for HR marketing at the NETZSCH Group.
Our corporate influencers are not Instagram stars with discount codes, but authentic ambassadors who give the company a face. Since 2024, 40 employees - from trainees to managers - have officially represented the NETZSCH Group. "Our #NETZSCHpeople regularly provide exciting insights behind the scenes. This requires commitment, but at the same time offers the opportunity to develop their own personal brand. They do this out of pure passion and voluntarily, without any obligations," explains Anna Pauker. The ambassadors are not only present online under #NETZSCHpeople, but are also active at trade fairs and conferences. At the same time, says Pauker, "every employee should and may of course see themselves as an ambassador for the company."
The success of the project was primarily due to the careful planning by the HR marketing and corporate communications team. It took almost a year from the idea to the kick-off event. The project is also actively supported and promoted by the management. "Employees' personal identification with their workplace is priceless. And when they voluntarily and passionately share this enthusiasm in their environment, it shows how much they stand behind NETZSCH. Our #NETZSCHpeople are outstanding ambassadors," emphasizes Paul Netzsch, Managing Director of the NETZSCH Group. In future, the #NETZSCHpeople will be further strengthened through targeted training and workshops. Because influencers are developed, not born.
"It's great to see that a really great team with a fantastic sense of togetherness and team spirit has emerged after such a short time," says Yann Jeschke, Director Global Corporate Brand & Communications. And the results of the Corporate Influencer Program so far are impressive: in three and a half months, 111 posts have achieved around 5,000 likes and 186 comments, and the program has already generated internship and job application requests as well as requests to become a speaker.
