Team Leader After Sales

to provide customers, spare parts sales and, as needed, regional sales manager and representatives with technical support for spare parts and accessories. Successful and prompt execution of this responsibility assures increased sales volume in both spare parts and new machinery sales, owing to continued customer satisfaction by performing the following duties in a timely manner.


  • Improve response time to customers for spare parts quotations.
  • Assist in the sales of spare parts and accessories through expeditious identification of parts.
  • Support spare parts and service groups with equipment process information. Assist in preparing quotations in a technical manor.
  • Communicates with customers, outside sales staff, and other NETZSCH personnel to answer spare parts related technical questions.
  • Manage all technical support for spare parts and service for specified region(s).
  • Increase spare parts sales by suggesting other needed components required for a specific maintenance task.
  • Aid service with quotations and pricing.
  • Be responsive, enthusiastic and compassionate when dealing with all customers, end users and sales personnel.
  • Improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Review repetitive parts issues to resolve potential process issues.
  • Travel approximately 10%.
  • Order entry in SAP to level out high demand or absenteeism.


  • Associates degree or equivalent from two yr. college or technical school or minimum six months related experience and or training.
  • Must have valid driver’s license.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • General computer knowledge of MicroSoft Office products required.
  • Equipment technical and service knowledge is required.
