NETZSCH again recognized as top employer - excellent working conditions in the Fichtelgebirge

Once again this year, NETZSCH has received the quality seal "Best Employer", which recognizes Germany's best employer. Their position is outstanding: in a nationwide industry comparison for machinery and plant manufacturing, the Selb-based company took 4th place, just behind Trumpf and Bosch.

The best employers in Germany are named each year by the news magazine Focus, the career network Xing and the employer rating platform Kununu. In addition to statistical data, the largest representative German survey of this type primarily includes employee evaluations of their own companies, but also evaluations by employees from within the industry of competing companies. The respondents provided information on their satisfaction with such factors as the management skills of their supervisors, their career prospects, their salary, and the image of their employer, among others. And also whether they would recommend their company to friends and family.

A total of more than 70,000 surveys were evaluated. And the result: 1,000 companies from 22 industries received good marks from their employees this time. Near the top of the list was the company NETZSCH in Selb.

The exact ranking was announced on Thursday in Berlin: NETZSCH attained 4th place in the category Machinery and Plant Manufacturing in Germany. Only the large companies VEM, Trumpf and Bosch were ranked higher. In Bavaria, the NETZSCH Group placed first once again in the same category.

NETZSCH is receiving this coveted award for the second time in succession. Last year the Selb company took 10th place. For Bernd Uebersezig, Human Resources Manager for the NETZSCH Group, the fact that they climbed even higher in the rankings this year is a result of continuous personnel work: "Of course, I'm very pleased with this excellent ranking for us as a company. But I'm also happy that we were able to show everyone that the attractive companies and employers don't necessarily have to be located in Hamburg or Munich. With us here in the mid-sized sector in the Fichtelgebirge, there are great companies that offer excellent working conditions."
