Successful participation of NETZSCH at ProSweets Cologne 2009

ProSweets Cologne came to an end on 4th February 2009 after a successful event with more than 14,700 visitors from over 100 countries and 307 exhibiting companies from 28 countries. In the focus of the fair, which took place parallel to International Sweets and Biscuits Fair ISM, was the entire supply spectrum from confectionery production and processing to packing of sweets.

The NETZSCH business unit Grinding & Dispersing was exhibiting at ProSweets Cologne with the companies NETZSCH-Feinmahltechnik GmbH and NETZSCH-CONDUX Mahltechnik GmbH. NETZSCH was presenting the compact module ChocoEasy® 50 on the common booth. 25 – 50 kg dark, milk or white chocolate can be produced with this plant. The advantages of the plant type ChocoEasy® are easy operation, low space requirement and short process times as well as the complete control of the ingredients, quality and fineness were convincing the specialized visitors and had been of interest for them.

NETZSCH has also the right solution when you ask for gentle but efficient sugar grinding. Maximum throughput rates at adjustable finenesses and highest product qualities due to lowest grinding temperature are special characteristics of the improved CONDUX Universal Mill type CUM. Stainless steel variants for the machine housing and grinding tools also belong to numerous standards like dust explosion-proof designs of different safety concepts.

The results of ProSweets Cologne 2009 were extremely positive for the worldwide acting mechanical engineering company NETZSCH. Beside important contacts, also an unexpected high number of new customer contacts especially from foreign countries could be noted.
