Secure supply chains and collaboration with partners
Cybersecurity and information security do not end at NETZSCH’s corporate boundaries. We systematically assess the criticality and security standards of our IT suppliers and service providers.
Certified Information Security Management System (ISMS)
Since 2025, NETZSCH Business Services GmbH, which provides IT services for the entire NETZSCH Group, has been successfully certified according to ISO 27001:2022.
This confirms that our processes, technical measures and security standards meet the international requirements for information security management systems.

Reporting security vulnerabilities or cyberattacks
If you are a customer or user and discover a security vulnerability in one of our digital products or services, please inform us immediately. NETZSCH’s product security experts will then coordinate all further steps with the responsible departments. Your report will of course be treated confidentially. Please use the following email address for such reports:
information-security@NETZSCH.com.
We also ask all contractual partners of the NETZSCH Group to report any cyberattacks within their own company via the same channel:
information-security@NETZSCH.com.
The same applies to notifications of identified security vulnerabilities in supplied components.
