code of conduct
Compliance at NETZSCH means adhering to internal company guidelines as well as national and international laws. We expect every employee to act in accordance with these rules—without exception or compromise, even when under pressure to achieve short-term goals. Internal rules include all policies formally defined within the company as well as those established through everyday practice.
As a family-owned company, NETZSCH is committed to the ethical and moral standards of its shareholders. Compliance with legal requirements and internal policies is not only an obligation but also a business necessity. Violations can lead to significant financial costs and reputational damage. Acting with integrity safeguards both the company and each individual employee.
Compliance is a management responsibility at NETZSCH, but it is supported by specialists within the organization. Each employee is required to comply with our regulations. Random checks are conducted to ensure adherence. In case of uncertainty, employees are encouraged to consult their supervisor or the compliance officer.
Guidelines for Responsible Conduct
We are convinced that business success is only possible in the long term if human rights are recognized and protected.
We therefore see it as our responsibility to respect human rights and prevent human rights violations.
Our understanding of responsible conduct encompasses our own business activities, our business relationships and the indirect effects of our actions.
Reporting Misconduct
NETZSCH encourages employees, customers, suppliers, and third parties to report any suspected legal violations or breaches of the Code of Conduct. This also includes concerns related to human rights or environmental issues, in accordance with the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG).
Confidential and Secure Reporting
Reports can be made confidentially, and anonymity is guaranteed if desired. We treat every report with the utmost care, ensuring that all information is handled in line with applicable data protection laws. Each report helps us identify issues and address them swiftly.
