Challenges and future orientation
In their speeches, Moritz and Paul Netzsch openly addressed the current challenges facing Germany as a business location. Economic and geopolitical developments, rising costs, and difficult conditions are placing heavy demands on companies and employees. NETZSCH is therefore focusing on efficiency improvements, process optimization, and a clear growth strategy.
Despite challenging market conditions, the NETZSCH Group achieved sales of around 825 million euros and order intake of 828 million euros in the past fiscal year. As of June 30, 2025, the company employed over 4,800 people worldwide. The strategic focus on innovation, digitalization, and international presence was emphasized, as was the great importance of cohesion and flexibility in times of change.
Consistent digitalization—including the use of AI solutions such as Copilot and a comprehensive AI strategy—is intended to further optimize processes, network knowledge, and create added value for customers. At the same time, the focus is on people: internal AI competitions, the Innovation Talent Program, and Key People Management specifically promote talent. December will also see the prestigious
Proven Excellence Awards, which recognize outstanding achievements in the categories of innovation, operations, and people.
In addition, the NETZSCH Group is continuing to drive forward its investments at home and abroad – from the campus project in Selb to activities in Brazil, China, and India.
