NETZSCH trainees start 

The new training year in Selb, Tirschenreuth, Waldkraiburg, Bobingen and Hanau has begun: 34 young adults started their vocational training on September 1, 2022.

The training of young people is very close to NETZSCH's heart. It is an important part of the corporate philosophy. Therefore, we are pleased to welcome many new, motivated junior employees to our company. From industrial mechanics to technical product designers to warehouse logistics specialists, the new colleagues will be involved in various specialist areas over the next few years. The entire training period will be tailored to the individual strengths of each trainee and will be accompanied by highly qualified specialists.

 The new recruits were welcomed as part of the traditional introductory days. The activities carried out here extend over several days and are intended to make it easier for the newcomers to take their first steps in their still unfamiliar environment. Through various activities and presentations, they get to know NETZSCH better and are able to make initial contacts with trainers, various management and technical managers, and the trainees from the second and third years of training.
